Brenda Ataga is the wife of Michael Usifo Ataga, a Nigerian billionaire and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Super TV who was allegedly murdered by his girlfriend Chidinma Ojukwu in Lagos State, Nigeria a couple of days ago.
Chidinma, a third year student of the Department of Mass Communication, University of Lagos, allegedly stabbed Ataga who would have been 50 years old this month to death at a rented Airbnb in the plum Lekki area of Lagos.
Ataga’s wife, Brenda is the National Project Coordinator of the LPG Gas Expansion Programme, in the office of the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Timipre Sylva.
She had previously served as the Special Adviser on Downstream and Infrastructure between 2015 and 2019.
She is a Mid/Downstream Commercial Strategist with over 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry and a 2018 Nominee of the prestigious Arch. Bishop Desmond Tutu Fellowship.
Brenda also founded and seats on the Board of a not-for-profit charity organization -True Foundation.
Miss Ojukwu is currently cooling her heels in Police custody even as investigations into the unfortunate incident continues.
